When it comes to upgrades and perks, we know that you will find a plethora of information in our guide. How many times has your flight been delayed, bumped or cancelled altogether? How much stress had you gone through standing in never-ending lines? Do you know that there are formal and informal rules & laws in place to protect travelers from such inconveniences?

This was one of the more interesting sections we created, and it really came out well, better than we had planned for. What we did as a group was write down a list of INDUSTRY-WIDE METHODS to ask for upgrades & general perks while traveling. The end result was a list of questions and demands you can make at the counter and at the gate to enhance your travel experience. By expressing yourself the proper way and using the right words, your requests will be granted. Whether it be a free or low cost upgrade to a first or business class seat, free food, alcohol, or anything else you seek, we have it covered.
